The previous 7,200SF structure at that location was a restaurant for 40 years until a fire ended the businesses. The building also housed a Thrift Mart and catering company. The foundation of that building is still in place and would ask anybody walking the property to take notice of the orange boundaries and request that you not walk across them. There is a sewer line no too far from the property and connecting to it would need to be investigated.
